Due to the continuing period of expansion of the business we are seeking to recruit a new role to join the Operations Team.
The role of Operational Performance – Technical Lead will manage and monitor the operational performance of the business. Directly supervising the Operations Team, you will also support the PMC Technical Lead in developing a strong partnership to cultivate open communication, support and excellence across the teams. You will take a hands-on approach and provide the Senior Management Group and Directors with support whilst driving and open can communicate culture.
In addition, the main responsibilities of the role are:
- Supporting the PMC Technical Lead and deputising in their absence
- Ensuring the alignment of demand and capacity to maximise utilisation of resources
- Promoting the importance of data quality, transparency and improvement within the operational delivery of services
- Working to improve systems and processes within these teams (including iPMC software)
- Monitoring service performance against individual Service Level Agreements.
- Production of weekly Operational Delivery Reports
- Monthly production of team KPI reports and support in production of customer quality reporting
- Supporting non-clinical training programmes and development of operational team skills
- First point of contact for complaints regarding the service
- Investigating complaints and incidents as required
- Carry out performance and appraisal reviews for Operations Team and follow company processes on Absence and Holiday requests
So, if you possess:
- A track record of operational performance management including rotas, forecasting, identifying data trends/anomalies, developing change management solutions
- ILM Level 3 (Institute of Leadership and Management) qualification (desirable)
- The ability to communicate effectively with all levels internally and externally
- Competence in training, developing and appraising staff
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
- A positive can-do attitude
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
- Experience in an NHS background (desirable)
