Main responsibilities of the Role:
- Supervise the Results workstream within the Patient Management Centre
- Link in with the other Workstream leads to ensure adequate resources are maintained within workstream
- Support training and development within workstream
- Have excellent knowledge of KPI requirements for Result Return
- Provide performance reports and call handling statistics to operational management team
- Workstream leads are expected to participate in the tasks within their workstream in addition to supervisory responsibilities.
Key duties include:
- Ensure results returned within KPI and these are logged as required
- Support the initial clinical audit process within the business
- Respond to GP Queries and be initial point of contact for GP Discrepancies
- Support development of iPMC2 software with participation in development project meetings
- Management Reports as Required on Workstream
