PML was set up to provide additional capacity to the acute sector of the NHS. As the modern NHS evolved, PML has changed and grown in line with NHS modernisation. The focus of the NHS after the Health and Social Care acts was to improve quality and give power back to develop locally led and commissioned clinical services. PML have been supporting this initiative since 2012 in delivering cardiology and general ultrasound contracts under the AQP banner.
PML have in place an excellent team and receive over 20,000 referrals per month at sites across England.
