Physiological Measurements is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. This statement outlines the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
Physiological Measurements is a community diagnostics provider working in collaboration with the NHS. We employ approximately 150 people across various roles within our Organisation.
We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. Our policies reflect our commitment to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our supply chains. As such, we have an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy that is accessible by all staff.
We understand the importance of transparency in our supply chains. We conduct due diligence on our suppliers to ensure that they share our commitment to preventing modern slavery, and we expect the same high standards from all of our contractors, suppliers, and partners.
We provide training to our employees in the form of E-Learning to ensure they understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. This training enables them to identify and prevent any potential issues.
We encourage all employees, suppliers, and customers to report any concerns related to modern slavery or human trafficking. We have established channels for reporting, and all concerns are thoroughly investigated.
We are committed to continually improving our practices to combat modern slavery and human trafficking. We will regularly review our policies, procedures, and supply chains to ensure they remain effective in preventing these practices.
This statement has been approved by Physiological Measurements’ Board of Directors and is signed on behalf of Physiological Measurements.
