Our Patient Management Centre work hard to make sure your appointments are made as quickly as possible, and we work around your availability and location to make this as convenient as we can for you.

You can phone our Patient Management Centre on 01691 676496. Our team are here to answer patient queries Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm. Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm.
Alternatively you can email us: pml@nhs.net A member of our team will respond to your email between Monday and Sunday. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response.
Our Patient Management Staff may contact you via phone or email anytime between Monday - Sunday regarding your appointment
Please note: We are closed on Bank Holidays and some days over the Christmas period. Our closure dates are as follows:
Closed – Tuesday 24th December, Wednesday 25th December, Thursday 26th December, Friday 27th December, and Wednesday 1st January (With exceptions for DVT/AF clinics)
Open – 23rd, 28th, 30th and 31st December
