PML are one of the cardiology centres that have been approved by the Sport and Exercise Department of the FA to undertake cardiology screening on their behalf. We provide a mobile screening service for sports clubs and people where we come to a chosen location.
To ensure your staff and ours are kept as safe as possible, set guidelines are in place within our Sports Screening Protocols, as well as your own protocols and policies.
Part of our protocol is as follows:
The Club medical staff have a responsibility to ensure their players have been contacted the morning prior to their PML appointment; and have carried out the Covid-19 pre-screening review. Any players testing positive for COVID19 must not attend our Sports Screening clinics. An alternative appointment will be arranged on request.
