A resounding success for Physiological Measurements' sustainability workshop!

Promoting net zero practices in our local community.

On October 1st, we were excited to host a highly successful workshop in partnership with the Shropshire Chamber of Commerce, bringing together over 20 engaged attendees! A huge thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to the vibrant discussions.

The workshop kicked off with an insightful introduction by Ryan Evans, who shared Aico’s sustainability journey, highlighting both their successes and lessons learned. This was followed by an in-depth technical presentation and case study on ISO 14001 and 14064, delivered by speakers from William McKinney and Chris Burgess.

The final presentation, led by Callum Richardson and Samuel Blackborn from Verve, explored the powerful impact of B-Corp certification, shedding light on the role digital and print media play in advancing sustainability. Their eye-opening insights were incredibly valuable.

After a short break, the workshop wrapped up with an interactive seminar featuring Chris Burgess from PML, Sam from Verve, and Will McKinney from InterfaceNRM. This session addressed pressing questions from businesses regarding the transition to net zero, sparking meaningful dialogue.

We also extend our deep gratitude to Shropshire Chamber of Commerce for their unwavering support in making this event possible, and to Aico for providing such an excellent venue. Sustainability is a core value at PML, and we were thrilled to share our vision with the local community.
